Hailing from the small community of Kalingalinga, located just east of the capital city of Lusaka, Zambia, the Zambian Vocal Collection serves God and their community with the inspiring melodies of their acappella music. Whether performing traditional hymns, contemporary or original verses and songs, the Zambian Vocal Collection has added a new dimension to acappella music. Their unique sound offers a combination of traditional African rhythms, vocal percussions, complex vocal harmonies and synchronized choreography, all focused around a foundation of uplifting praise to the name of Jesus Christ.
The Zambian Vocal Collection has twice toured the United States, spreading their message of inspiration and hope, while helping to raise money to complete community projects in their native Zambia. Now, to spread their message even further, the group has created their first album "There is a Way" that includes a compilation of their inspiring music for all to enjoy. Now 3 cd's available online. In partnership with Covenant Ministries Associates, the Zambian Vocal Collection is planning additional tours to the United States and around the world to help raise money for additional building projects back in Zambia. These projects include building a new church and orphanage in Kalingalinga, Lusaka, Zambia.
